Super Fireman Walkthrough
Super Fireman is a real-time strategy game where you must save lives rather than destroying enemy armies. This helicopter game features decent graphics, epic music, and numerous upgrades to keep your equipment effective at fighting fires and saving lives!
Each mission of Super Fireman has its own objectives and time limits. Most objectives involve putting out fires and getting a minimum number of people into hospitals. There is a total of fifteen levels in this real-time strategy game. These missions can probably be completed in less than two hours by most gamers, but if you do not have the time to finish the game in one session, you can continue from where you left off the next time that you play.
Super Fireman begins with a tutorial. If this is your first time playing the game, I advise you to play through it to learn the basics of the game. Those of you that insist upon skipping the tutorials or want a basic overview of the controls should at least read the remainder of this paragraph. The mouse is the primary control device and is used to interact with the shop interface, select units, and issue orders. Select your helicopter, firetrucks, or bystanders by clicking on them or clicking and dragging a box around them; move selected units by clicking on where you want them to go. You may also use the 1 and 2 number keys to select your helicopter and firetruck respectively. Finally, the arrow keys or WASD keys are used to pan the camera, which is useful for situational awareness in this RTS game.
It is easy to play Super Fireman as a helicopter game since the helicopter is your most versatile unit, but try not to rely upon it exclusively. The helicopter can traverse the entire stage without being slowed by terrain, but it has limited fuel and will have to land occasionally to refill its fuel tanks. Firetrucks are slowed by terrain and need to refill their water tanks at fire hydrants, but they can still be incredibly useful in fighting fires (especially when upgraded), so do not discount them. You are also allowed to have up to four firetrucks while you can only field one chopper. Use all of your assets in conjunction to fight fires just as you would use combined forces to battle enemies.
Super Fireman takes the tried-and-true real-time strategy game frame and gives it a non-violent twist. Although you may not be fighting enemies and conquering the world, you can still test your tactical prowess saving lives in this firefighting game!
